            Make sure to mark your calendars for Saturday January 23^rd because Allatoona High School is hosting their second annual Hoopcoming game. Hoopcoming is a basketball game where six seniors, five juniors, four sophomores, and three freshmen are nominated for hoopcoming king/ prince. Only one senior boy will be chosen for the hoopcoming king along with a hoopcoming prince who will represent each of the other three classes. Both of the girl’s and the boy’s basketball teams will go head to head against South Paulding at 6 P.M. in the main gym. The winners of hoopcoming will be announced between the two basketball games. The Winter Wonderland themed hoopcoming dance will be held after the boy’s basketball game is finished. Tickets will be sold in the cafeteria Wednesday- Friday. The tickets are ten dollars a person and fifteen dollars for a couple. The attire for the dance is Sundays best, so dress to impress!
